A project manager will start assembling a team during the planning phase. This will typically include an engineer, programmer, and lead installer. The purchase department orders materials and will ensure that everything arrives before work starts.
Once the project is complete, a final walk-through with our customer will be scheduled to ensure that all requirements have been met and that the client is 100% satisfied.
Training will be provided to ensure that you and your staff are confident and comfortable using the new system. We offer support services after the project is completed. Annual maintenance contracts which include additional training are available.
